Build mode going weird on me.

Has anyone else suddenly noticed that the banisters on the stairs have vanished? Or that when using the arrow placement tool that after placing a thing or drawing a line of wall or fence etc you need to switch off of the arrow tool to the dropper or hammer , then back to the arrow before you can place another item or draw another line of fence/wall: so frustrating 😭😭😭😭
