Business Trouble

I need help figuring out a problem. I have the new pack and I am able to purchase a small business but once i’m either on or off the lot I am not able to open the business panel. I can’t hire employees, assign uniforms, etc. I’ve removed all of my mods and it still doesn’t work. But I am able to open it up with my restaurant and pet clinic. I can’t find help anywhere and I really want to use this new pack.
