Businesses & Hobbies not loading

Hi everyone, having the same problem..

I pre-ordered the pack, installed it through the EA app once it was available and only just booted up the game to give it a go.

I usually delete all my mods and update them to the latest available after a new pack or update happens.

  • No new world in the manage world menu
  • No content when filtering business and hobbies (but a check box comes up)
  • Lots of UI isn't working, like clicking the computer
  • Business and hobbies shows it's added and purchased in the main menu screen and the EA app.

Here's what I've tried so far:

  • Tried deleting mods 
  • Tried running without mods enabled
  • Restarted computer 
  • Even started a fresh game and nothing

Using windows 10, never had issues in the past like this but there is zero content from the game and in running it raw with no mods so not sure how to fix this - please help, really was looking forward to playing again💔

    summariva  I've split your post into its own thread in the PC tech forum.

    Please run a search for EP18 , which is the folder for the B&H expansion.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP18 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
