Go into your drives properties, and select Disk cleanup. Then make sure it cleans up any "Windows OLD" files. Those are the files from previous versions that Windows leaves behind when updating. They can safely be removed, but needs to be done properly with Disk cleanup, as far as I know. Those files can be huge, 10+ GB.
