Sims 4 Game Packs/ Kits Not Loading in-game

Currently dealing with this to, unsure what’s going on 

If you've fixed your problem, great! If not, let's try this: Repair your game. Make sure all your packs are loaded as it's being repaired. Check your game settings to make sure they're the way you want them. Remove everything from the  mods folder and restart. Run the game - are all the packs there? If so, then you probably have a mod problem.  DO NOT SAVE THE GAME WITHOUT YOUR CC, otherwise, when you return after adding it, you'll find some if not all your sims without their hair!! And sometimes without certain outfits, too.

This is me tooo…. Like I  brought packs, and says installed on my ea, but In game it says uninstalled… has this been a problem since they introduced Market place or something else..? 
I brought packs 2 days ago now and still can’t use the content -.-

I got in touch with EA support through chat and now its fixed.

They told me to open the game and when it gets to the loading screen go to "marketplace" and then to "my collections". Mine were all disabled randomly so i checked them all and the clicked the tick. After a while of the loading screen it will tell you to restart your game and viola it works again.

I do have a few glitches in my game that were not there yesterday though so I am repairing my game again to see if that fixes the problem.

Open your game and on the loading page you will see a tab which says "marketplace" in there you will see another tab "my collections" they will likely be showing as disabled after the latest update. Tick them all and press the tick. The game will go on a loading screen and then will pop up and say you need to restart your game. Restart your game and voila it should be working.

I would recommend pressing "repair game" after doing the above steps because i had a few glitches in my game after but a repair and deletion of cache files solved the glitches.

Thank you, I’ll try it again, but unfortunately I’ve done all that and it still didn’t work. 😅
