C++ Redistributable Installation issue

Are you still getting the same error ?
Do any of the redistributables still show under Install programs ? Like this:

Edit: And other than that, I still get the 1603.
@WarDragon72345 Seems it's the 2010 that's not installing.
Could you download them from the microsoft site directly (if that's not what you've done already)

And then right click on them and run as administrator
To be sure, you are on an administrator Windows account ?For both of them (running as admin), this happens. I can't find 2010 anything.
Try to download the files directly from Microsoft. Both x64 and x86 are needed:
