Camera controls (rotate and tilt) not working properly

I use a mouse and the Sims 3 camera for my game, but today my camera controls aren't working properly. I usually use the mouse wheel to rotate and tilt the camera but that function has stopped workin...

    @isalou-x UPDATE: I tried a new mouse and it worked perfectly... turns out my old mouse's wheel wasn't working properly! And adjusting the settings fixed the glitchy screen. So the original issue wasn't a problem with the game at all 🤦🏽‍♀️

@isalou-x Did this happen right after a game update? Did you try the repair option?

It happened after the latest update but I'd played the day before (After the update) without any issues.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still the same issues!
