I’ve been having terrible judder issues with the camera too and the resolution seems to be disabling vsync.
I normally have it enabled at the driver level with g-sync/VRR, but after systematically turning all those off/on in various combinations I realised any form of vsync produces issue including the game’s own setting.
Whether this is the same issue resolved by the config edits I don’t know, but it seems pretty wild if vsync really is broken like this.
Without vsync suddenly everything is completely smooth, aside from the tearing. It used to be this smooth with vsync so something has definitely changed since I last played approx a year ago.
