Can’t play since update

I have been having issues with the game since the latest update. Sometimes it crashes, sometimes it loads but takes so long and then when it does load it lags so badly. I do not play with any mod or cc. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I have tried to repair the game. Please help!!
