"Can’t run with the Video Card in this System"

I just downloaded the trial version of Sims 4 from Origins and everything installed correctly but when I try to launch the game it says "Unable to start: Can’t run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed." I've already googled this issue and tried:

Turning off Origins in Game
Updating my drivers
Reinstalling

None of this still works. I recently built this computer so I know I have all the minimum requirements. I included my DxDiag.txt file. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

Good news! I was able to fix the issue by going into my graphics card settings for Radeon, creating a profile for Sims 4, and changing the display settings to "Preserve Aspect Ratio".

did you try uninstalling your current drivers and then reinstalling them (not sure if you reinstalled the game or the drivers)

Could you also try windowed mode: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/playing-the-sims-4-in-windowed-mode/ ?

Just tried it and it still doesn't work ☹️ But I do think my issue is similar to that since it can't be my video card.
