game not launching

Pierbears​  What do you mean by "games license is renewed"?  If you're getting an error to that effect, or really any error at all, please post a screenshot of it.

If you're not getting an error, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Do you have any CC or mods installed? those can sometimes cause issues at launch. If you do, try removing all mods/cc from your mods folder (not deleting) and see if that fixes it. If it does, add them back. After that, you can either install a resource that finds CC/mods that are causing issues, or you can do the 50/50 method. (remove half your mods/cc, see if it works, if it does, you know the problem is in the other half, switch those out, then move half of those, and repeat)

I don’t have any mods, deleted everything 

It just keeps saying games license is invalid and need to clean out cache which I’ve done so many times and nothing happens 

Also it’s an error EC:204 

and and offline problem
