Purchased Packs not showing up in game

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Sims 4 game and was hoping someone could help.

I recently purchased the “Adventure Awaits” expansion pack through the EA App. The order shows as completed, and the pack appears in my game, but it is greyed out and says “deactivated.” I’m currently online, so it’s not an offline mode issue.

I’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps:

* Logged out and back into the EA App

* Changed my password

* Repaired the game

* Uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the pack

* Cleared cache

Despite all of this, the pack is still showing as deactivated in-game.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated!
