Can’t play old saves since update
When I go on my home page I can’t play old saves,
its as if I haven’t played before as it comes up with do I want a tutorial etc

Is the load button present but the list is empty when clicked?
when I go on it only has the play button not load game or new game,
Create a new household and place them in the world. Exit to the main menu and all buttons should be there.
this does not work, I cant access past saves or new ones that I keep making to get load option, the sims I am creating are saving on to my gallery section but can't play the saves.
It is either since the game update or is it something to do with icloud.
