Can’t play the game

Question

Hola! Intento jugar a los sims 4. Acabo de comprarlo mediante origin; lo he descargado y al abrirlo me aparecen dos tipos de mensaje. Uno: “la aplicacion dejó de funcionar”. Y otro “¿desea que este juego haga cambios en su equipo?” Le doy a “sí” y vuelve a aparecer. Así continuamente, es imposible jugar. He leído mil foros, visto miles de tutoriales y ninguna solución. AYUDA!!!

Hi! I’m trying to play SIMS 4 in my PC. I’ve just buy it (I play trough origin). The first time I try to open the game, it appears this message “the app stoped working”. Then other message “you want this game to make changes on your PC?” I press “yes”, and it appears again. It’s impossible to play. I’ve read every tutorial, watched every video on youtube and I can’t find any solution. HELP!!!
