You may be able to tun The Sims 4 with medium-low settings, please note that you GPU is not very powerful and it's kinda old. Make sure your graphic drivers are updated:

You should be able to play The Sims 4 on high settings with that PC. Keep in mind that the GTX 1050 is not the most powerful GPU from NVIDIA, but it should be more than enough to play The Sims 4 decently.
