Can I add and just rename my old sims 4 save files that I just found

So last year my sims 4 was so laggy so I reinstalled and updated it. But when I did, my saves were gone. (coz obv it's reinstalled) So I lost hope on starting over again coz I spent days just on ...

@Trooyaxxx Yes, you can do that. Just make sure the renamed file meets the naming conventions.

It should be: Slot_xxxxxxxx.save

xxxxxxx can be any hex number except 00000001
