Can I get a refund on a sims 4 game pack?

I bought a sims 4 game pack that i am not satisfied with and it has not been 24 hours yet. Do you know how I can get a refund for it? Since it is an add-on to sims 4, Origin doesn't see it as a "game" so it won't let me return it on the return form. Please help!! 🤔

    You can contact a game advisor and see if they are willing to refund. 

    Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back

    3. Select a platform
    4. Click on the orange NEXT button
    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
    7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back

    I have the same problem I got a pack that I didn’t like and I haven’t had it for 24 hours and I was wondering if I can get a refund and y’all can remove that pack out of my game please and thank you.
