I'll move this thread over to The Sims 4 board, where this fits a bit better.
You didn't post your full PC specs here, but by the looks of it, you shouldn't have any issues running The Sims 4.

You will have no problems running the Sims 4 on at least high settings with that maybe even some settings on Ultra.
If you haven't bought it yet and would like options post your budget and your country also mention what else it should be used for.
So with these settings? It’ll run smoothly and does it have a lot of storage for any Mods? Will Gshade work?
