@GabbyysumI saw this question a few months back after I got my galaxy S book, at first I could only play legacy which I found pretty watered down and ended Uninstalling. I was doing some bot coding for a friend and installed python for the coding of a completely different game. And left python on my the laptop tablet and I was planing a move, and wanted a game for the journey since my switch lite has a poor battery life so I reinstalled the sims 4 via the usual origin and just let it do its thing until the base game was downloaded and went to play to if I could since I was using my s book as a office computer and had more free resources vs a few games taking up space on the laptop. It ran okay, and still runs well enough to bring entertainment and I have a few mods installed I haven't bought any packs on the pc version of the game. I not exactly sure what makes it work now, either me unistalling other apps and games or simply possible having python installed with its recommended add-ons. Like mentioned before it's not great if you compare it to say acer, or usual gaming pc but it does it job enough, currently haven't ran into any issues, I keep my sim count low and only have about 9-10 mods mostly just custom content clothes and the like and the command station for cheats respectfully. Not sure if you still have the a book or upgraded to a more suitable pc but I wanted to share my experience. I'm currently running version 1.89.214.1030 of the game, I added images of my mod list and my ability to now see the non legacy features, then the final is within the origin client showing I don't have legacy edition installed. The only difference between the first attempt at installing is the fact I deleted alot of my older games and installed python from knowledge and I believe it was a earlier version of the game so either the requirements lowered enough to allow Arm-processor to utilize the program or something somehow was able to by oas the restriction of the arm processor
