Can I reinstall without losing event rewards?

Since my laptop is almost out of storage space and there's a save file corruption bug in For Rent, I was considering completely uninstalling Sims 4 so I can remove Bust the Dust and For Rent and reinstall on my external hard drive. However, I'm worried about losing all my even rewards. Are those still tied to a file I'll need to copy over to the new installation?

As far as I'm aware it should be fine but I would recommend saving a backing up the accountDataDB.package file in your Sims 4 folder just in case. It should be in Documents - Electronic Arts - The Sims 4. After issues with the first event they have linked the items to your account. This file should regenerate when you reinstall but I would back it up just in case. Along with any Save and Tray files you want to keep.

iliekponiez  The EA App will probably try to reinstall any packs you remove, so you may prefer to disable them from loading.  Here's how:
