Can I use Xbox 1 controller for Sims 4

Can I use Xbox 1 controller for Sims 4. i know its out for Xbox i just want to play with a controller cuz I want to play it laying down and not have a  key board in my lap or on my chest. can anyone give me an idea or something to help me out with my first world problem?

    @fatvader Don't think the PC/Mac Version has controller support. At least I've never heard of it.
