get famous features not in game, despite owning the pack and having it installed

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? desert luxe kit, island living, city living, cats and dogs, strangerville, seasons, get famous
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? help me figure out how to fix it (?)
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing from get famous shows up in my game.
What do you expect to see? i own the get famous expansion, however none of the features are in my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. i got a new computer and had to reinstall everything i owned from the sims.

hi everyone ! i'm new to this site so i apologize if i'm doing this wrong. i recently reinstalled the sims 4 and all the packs i own onto my computer. earlier in the year i bought the get famous expansion through origin and it worked fine. however i just got a new computer and i reinstalled everything but for some reason nothing from get famous expansion is in the game. there isn't any of the build/buy features, there's no create a sim features, and the world isn't in tthe game either. however it says on both the ea app and the sims 4 home page that i own it. someone please help because i have tried everything and i don't know what to do.
