Can My angry spouse hurt our baby?

I am playing on my game and I noticed my sims spouse got angry because he saw her flirting with another since she was in a "flirty" mood i want my sim to go to her retail store job. Is it possible the angry sim could hurt our baby while im working at my store or not? I hired a nanny just in case.
