Cannot load saved games/files

Hi.

I've had this issue ever since the august 19th update, here is the info I have so far:

• unable to get passed after the resume loading screen
• removed all mods - game still crashes
• put mods back and through Better Exceptions I received this error

• I am able to start a new game however. But when I do I always get a white screen before the logo appears.

I can send more info if needed. Thanks!
