@kitanavienne This laptop isn't great for Sims 4 at all. The graphics chip could run the game on low-medium settings with all expansions enabled, and higher with significantly less content. But the 4 GB RAM is going to be a significant limitation. Some expansions need more than that to work at all, with Cats & Dogs probably being the most demanding. Even without C&D, the cumulative demands of a few other expansions will be a problem.
If you're looking for something better, I'd strongly recommend finding a laptop with at least 8 GB RAM, or one that can be upgraded if you know anyone who could help you with that. The next detail to look for is a better processor, but it's hard to neatly summarize the decent options here. Still, something like an i5-1135G7 or a Ryzen 5 5500U would be a significant improvement.
