Unable to access Country Kitchen Kit offline

I purchased Country Kitchen Kit about 2 years ago. Now that it is free on Marketplace, I am unable to access it offline. Will this problem go away after the free download period is up, or is this a problem I will have to deal with from now on? This started yesterday when I downloaded the latest update.

I have no mods or cc downloaded. I first got a message on the EA App around the middle of March saying that the kit was removed due to fraud (it was not).

Hey AnjelicaC356,

This would be best to reach out to support so they can check into the status of that particular kit on your account. Even if the kit was not removed at the time you received the notification back in March, that looks to be what's preventing the access currently.

You should be able to create a new case here so the support team can check through the kit status on this account and make any necessary adjustments, thanks!
