I just bought and downloaded the new pack, but I can't access the map. The game will just blank out (white screen) but it is still accessible, I can choose to exit to main menu. Also I can access all the other maps, just not Mt. Komorebi. Other than that, everything seems fine, but I kinda want to see the new map. I didn't have any issues whatsoever after the patch, so that shouldn't be the issue either. I both played and built and both worked fine.

I had the same issue, I couldn't have access to Mt. Komorebi world. I did everything I found in this portal and EA Game site, uninstall, reinstall, I cleared cache in the sims files, erase folders and nothing looked to be working, until I erase the Mod file containing TOOL file. After that I reinstalled the expansion pack and now that world is back and I'm working in building something. It really was a headache.
any help on this? everybody is talking about some TOOL mod being the problem.
I have the vanilla game.
I did every step trying to fix it.
I am STILL stuck in an infinite loading screen for it.
Literally nothing here helped a single bit.
