One issue is also that this occurs everytime a new expansion pack comes out. They always have problems with it and some people can bundle right away while others cannot, it's weird.
I've cleared my cache twice now and still nothing, so obviously it isn't the cache that is the issue. I guess I should have read the notes so I would have known in advance that bundling wouldn't be available. I was super excited and counting down the seconds to midnight only to get horribly disappointed. I guess I will be waiting however long it will take for the bundle as it is too good of a deal to pass up.
A lot of locations state that it should have been available, but I also noticed that it states "We will state once it's available for bundles timewise, but it should be upon worldwide release". So it should be available within the next few days I believe.
