Game saying I am offline when I am not
Every time I get on my game for the past three days, I cannot access other people's creations in the gallery or claim my event rewards. I have restarted my laptop, made sure my laptop is updated, restarted my router, repaired the Sims 4, and deleted and re-downloaded it onto my laptop, but the issue persists. When I click connect, it keeps me in a loop of the spinning circle trying to connect but it never does. If anyone knows what the issue is or what could be causing it I greatly appreciate it. If it helps, I have the EA app and I have tried to connect with both Mods enabled and Mods disabled with no result.

If that doesn't help, please try a different network if you can. For example, if your computer uses wifi, you can set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.
