    Hello.

    There was a Gallery maintenance earlier today that we hope helped with this issue.

Hi! 
My problem is the sims 4  can’t connect. And when i click to the go online in the game the message is unable to go online and online access disabled, but my origin is connect to the internet. I try to reset the game and turn off turn on but it’s not worked. Please help me!
