Cannot do anything cause my game thinks my sim is aging up

My sim wasn't even near her birthday, but decided to age up anyways. The result was a sim that didn't age up, and locks on absolutely everything. Manage worlds, build mode, the gallery and I coudn't save or quit the game. I'm seriously stuck. And I don't wan't to loose any of the data that I have accomplished till now. I woke up early to play, and I have played for around 4 hours now. I have made a huge progress in every single way. But ofcourse I didn't save anything.

For some help, I took to the internet and started looking for someone who have experienced te same problem as myself. I didn't find anything that matched my problem, and the possible solutions to their problem didn't solve mine.

Can I please get some help witout loosing any of my data, and is that even possible?
