Cannot download certain packs

They are all from legit shops. I have also tried EA help and they say the games are on my account and everything they have suggested has not fixed it.

All of the free packs downloaded fine, I believe.

Ah okay, Thank you for mentioning that. Can you also post what packs aren't downloading for you?

As the only thing I can think of to do at the moment is to uninstall/reinstall Origin. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

This won't hurt your current Sims 4 install or user files. They are both installed in different folders. However if you're concerned about this, go ahead and backup your Sims 4 folder to a USB key.

If you'd rather wait to hear from Crinrict, I completely understand. 🙂

If it doesn't help, could you let me know:

• What DLCs exactly cannot be downloaded for you?
• What version of Origin do you have? (It can be checked by going to Help -> About in the application)
• What operating system do you use?

I'm having the same issue as a couple of others, but the "fixes" haven't helped me. I had to reset my pc due to a windows error which deleted my sims 4 game. I went to install the game again and it was running fine, the problem is I have all of the expansion packs, all but one game pack, and all but three stuff packs - this would take a long time to reinstall everything and I cannot leave my laptop running for days. I let the base game install before closing out, figuring I could download the rest later, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case as instead of a "download" button in the more section when trying to reinstall my games there is a details button.

I am 100% certain that the content is missing, when I go in game the icons are colored instead of grayed and a notification pops up saying that the games are downloading in the background (but they are not). I have tried repairing the game, updating the game, logging out only to log back in, but none of this has worked. Uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it allows the packs to be queued and they will start downloading, but that will take too long and, again, I cannot leave my laptop running that long. Any ideas? If not, do you know how we could alert origin/the sims team to this issue to get it fixed?

It sounds like the issue has already been solved?

You uninstalled and reinstalled the game, queuing the missing content to start downloading.

You will need to let them download and install, before they can become playable.
