alicegothspell I apologize for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a while. Is this still an issue for you? If so, please try again but in a new admin Windows account. Since the AppData folder is specific to the account, a new user means a new folder. And if the downloads work in the new account, that points to a problem with the old folder.
