My sims 4 won't turn on, and when I try to turn it on, it says that "it can't find the specific file" or something along those lines (I'm translating it for y'all). It has been like this since the daily rewards started. I managed to fix it before but now I'm having more trouble. When I try to fix it, it either goes in a loop where it says that it's "counting time" and then that it's fixing and it goes on like that, or it says that that there aren't approved rights or something like that. I did everything I could think of, took out my mods, restarted my computer, logged out and into my account, but it still doesn't work. I'm mostly worried that I won't be able to receive the daily gift and I'll miss out, but I also just want to okay the sims. I hope that somebody will help me.
