@SmileyGirl1221 check your antivirus. it says in tread above, it was same for me and now it works. your anti virus is probably quarantining ts4. when you un-quarantine it make sure to put ts4 as an exception so it wouldn't do it again and be careful not to delete your game through you antivirus accidentally
