All of my uploaded gallery items are gone

It's been a while since I open my sims game simply for the reason I have a LOT of mods and didn't want to lose them after the Maker update. So far it seems all those are still there 🤞

However, I went to add a family I had saved to my library and uploaded to the gallery and I had no uploads. I didn't even see the bio I had for the gallery. I had lots of sims and builds I worked hard on over the course of several years on the gallery. Thinking that if I ever want to use them again, I need to remake all of them? Not a good feeling. 

Is there a way to recover them? I haven't cleaned out my tray files or my save files yet nothing from my gallery was there. Is there a setting I need change? Or is all my hard work simply gone because of EA?
