@tsavogina The EA App has never had an option to uninstall individual packs, and neither did Origin. Are you perhaps thinking of an option from Steam? I've never used that version of the game, so I don't know what options are or used to be present.
At any rate, if you'd simply like to play without certain packs, the simplest approach is to disable them:

If you need the packs to be uninstalled, for example if you're desperate for space on this computer, let me know what kind of install this is, and I'll write out an unsupported but usually successful workaround.
