Cannot play The Sims 4 after playing it one time

On my other origins account, I have the same problem I am having right now. I just purchased The Sims 4 Premium Edition yesterday for pc and it worked after being installed. I played the game for three hours before closing it. I tried playing the game again this morning and it would not work. It would take me to the beginning load screen, black out, and then a message would pop up saying the game closed. This morning there was a message that said there was something wrong with origins. I tired unstalling and then re-installing both the game and origins, but still the game is not working. I just spent $80 on a game I cannot play. It is really disappointing. After messing around with my computer for a little bit, i decided to exchange my disc for another one to see if that would make a difference. I installed the newer The Sims 4 disc onto a different origins account and the same thing is happening.

Could you perhaps copy the contents onto www.pastebin.com and link your paste here?

Having the DXDiag without formatting is exceedingly tedious to read, on top of what you copied only being a very small part of what anybody looking into your DXdiag would need. 🙂
