Cannot save game! Please help!
When I try to save the game from CAS mode (it's the only place I've tried since there are currently no saves on my game at all) I get a message that says
"the game is currently in a state where saving isn't possible"
I've already found a thread where a person had the same problem, and I followed the steps to do a factory reset, which didn't work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which still didn't work. Origin is up to date. I have no idea what to do now and I'm getting pretty frustrated.

I tried the live chat support option since phone service where I live is awful. Last night there was an approximated 25-30 minute wait. I waited for 45 minutes and no one ever talked to me. Today there was a 5 minute wait, waited for 10 minutes and still got no one.
I'm pretty upset I can't seem to contact anyone about this issue.

The message you are getting is not an error, that's how the game works: it's not possible to save your game in Create a Sim (CAS).
Once you finish your sims and place them in a lot, you will be able to save. 😉
