Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

I get this error (de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b) when I try to start my sims4 game. Here is the troubleshooting I've already gone through: 

Removed all mods.
Cleared cache in EA App.
Repaired all files.
Uninstalled/reinstalled the game and add ons.
Searched in C:/Program Files/EA Games/The Sims 4/Data and C:/Program Files/EA Games/The Sims 4/Game/Bin for any hidden mods.
Tried running the game as an administrator.

I get the same error every time. Can someone help me please?
