Can't buy any game packs.

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone here might have insight, because EA Support was unable to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing what appears to be an entitlement synchronization problem with The Sims 4 on my EA account. Previously, all packs showed as owned in game even though I never purchased them. At the same time, the EA app and EA website either did not show the packs at all or marked them as not available, which made purchasing impossible.

This started after moving from Origin to the EA app. During a recent chat with EA Support, the in game store partially corrected itself and now shows the packs properly, but I still cannot purchase anything. The EA app and storefront continue to display incorrect availability. I have attached a screenshot of my current in game error.

Unfortunately, EA Support told me they are unable to fix this on their end, so I am posting here to see if anyone else has experienced this or found a workaround or solution.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
