Can't buy certain items in game

I am unable to buy things from the garden stall. I can buy things from the grocery stall but some items I purchase don't appear. I can buy choccoberries and they will appear in my inventory but not beans. There are other items that I can buy but won't show up. I do have a few mods installed but nothing that alters gameplay, just clothes and hair, and probably under 100 files. I have checked for updates and did a repair, both did not work. The game says I am missing some content so I am not sure if some of these items I am trying to purchase are from another pack or what.
