Can't click in some parts of the screen - also missing itens

Question

Hello,I am not sure of how effective is this tool...but I am out of options. My game have some problems that are really bottering me. I have some missing itens - as the hot dog hat, the alluminium hat and others that just don't show up and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I CANT CLICK IN SOME PARTS OF THE SCREEN!!!! The region on my screen is exactly where the Pankakes house is - and I just cant play with them without using cheats.... I also have to roll the itens up or down in the selection or it will not work. If a conversation balloon is on the area - guess what- not going to work that selection... I have tried to reinstall the game and all, but the problem remains... What can I do? Can anyone here help me with this...?&nbsp;Thats it...&nbsp;Thank you.

Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?
A lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.
Try removing everything and see if it then works.
If it does, narrow down which one it could be

If you don't, can you try right clicking on the game in Origin and hit repair game ?
