I have the same problem! It's not every load, but most of them. I have to move the game screen around to be able to click on something and it's irritating enough to make me not want to play!
@amanda8932 - This is usually due to having some sort of notification window that pops up underneath the game. You can alt-tab to get to whatever is waiting for your input, and clear the message so your game will work properly.
To prevent it from happening at all, you can Disable Notifications on Windows 10, or turn Focus Assist on. Hope this helps!
