Can't download and install Horse Ranch Expansion Pack
I recently purchased this expansion pack but it won't download. At first it get stuck at 14%, then it's stuck at preparing download. So I got sick and tired of that and tried cancelling the download but now it's stuck at cancelling download status too. It's been days.
I have no CC and mods installed.
@AnekiGX Restart your computer, and clear the EA App's cache without opening the App first. Here's how:

If that doesn't help, uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and reinstall it.
If Horse Ranch still won't install, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and find Horse Ranch on the list. Let me know whether the purchase is listed as Completed, Processing, or Failed.
