Did you also check your security software?
If so and it didn't work try downloading in Safe mode: in the top menu choose Origin > Application settings > then the tab Diagnostics > turn on Safe mode downloading.
I have pre ordered the pack at it says release in the UK is on the 2nd. It is now 10.30 am on the 2nd and I'm not getting the option yet to download. Is there a specific time when download will become available?
its also happening to me and I'm also from England? so I'm really confused
