Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
s7fezmqgzivc Your issue is clear: your laptop doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed. So please install the newest driver Dell provides for your model. You can get it here:

It's the Intel UHD/Xe Graphics driver dated Jan 13, in the Video category.
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
By the way, you can click the This Device tab to have the website check for outdated drivers and install any it finds. Install the graphics driver manually first, but go back to this afterwards if you want.
