Can't download lots from the sims website

When you get them from the site they go to your in game library.

what do you mean ^ game library ^ ??

When you instal Origin from origin.com you can get to your 'My Game Library' in there. 

Is that answer didn't help you, please make a new post. 

So, I'm in the game library in Origin launcher, and nothing but my games are there.  No sims, no lots... so where did these 'add sims to downloads' go, as the original poster asked.

Open your game.

At the top of the page on the right, click "Open Gallery"

Select My library on the top of the page and open it. This is a visual representation of what's in your Tray folder on your computer. There, all the objects downloaded from the net are saved.
