Let's try the following steps to get your content installed:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the EA app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
- Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
- Close the EA app
- Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
- In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
- Click Okay the bottom of the window
- Open the EA app client and try starting the download again
If you're still not able to get your expansions downloaded once you've run through these steps, please let me know!
I've been having the same problem with the Carnival Kit and Modern Menswear. I downloaded multiple other packs and kits perfectly fine. I've tried all these steps and they don't work.
@imblodyn Does your computer run Windows or macOS? What error, if any, do you see when you try to download? I ask because there are several different threads covering probably related but distinct issues with downloading packs right now, and I can move your post to the appropriate one once I know what that is.
