Can't even enter the game after latest Origin update

I updated my game on 27 March 2015 and now I can't even enter the game. After I clicked the play button on sims 4 homepage, it just takes forever to load. Forever enough to say that it doesn't even get inside the game. Please tell me what is wrong.

I am using a laptop, PC. And even with all the non-scripted mods, my game still works before the update. Please tell me how to fix it because I feel no motivation to live without my game like its the only way to entertainment.
